Grandchamp Living is a landscape design and build company based in Ontario. We work with homeowners who want their outdoor property to function as well as it looks — and last longer than the season it was built.

Kody Grandchamp started this company with a straightforward premise: homeowners in Michigan deserve outdoor spaces designed with the same intention as their interiors. Not an afterthought. Not a summer renovation project handed to a general contractor with a sod roll and a prayer.

Grandchamp Living was built to do one thing well — take a raw outdoor property and turn it into something worth coming home to. Pools, patios, outdoor kitchens, living structures, landscape design. Every project, handled start to finish.
